How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take up to 21 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination and local carrier. Many orders arrive sooner.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Every order includes tracking. Your tracking details will be sent by email or message using the contact information provided at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We offer international delivery to the destinations available at checkout. Enter your full address at checkout to confirm availability and delivery options for your location.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or missing details can cause delays. If a parcel is returned because of incorrect information, an additional delivery charge may apply before it can be sent again.

Products & Quality

What is the quality of the shirts?

Our shirts are made from lightweight, soft and comfortable fabric suitable for everyday wear. They are ideal for playing, training, casual wear, collecting or giving as a gift to a football fan.

Are the shirt prints high quality?

Yes. The prints are designed for regular wear and washing when the care instructions are followed. To help preserve the print, wash the shirt inside out at a low temperature and avoid tumble drying.

How should I care for my shirt?

Wash the shirt inside out on a gentle cycle using cold or lukewarm water. Avoid tumble drying, ironing directly over the print, bleach and harsh cleaning products.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a shirt?

You can contact us to request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy. The shirt must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition, with its tags attached and original packaging wherever possible.

Can I return a shirt personalised with a name or number?

Personalised shirts, including those printed with a name, number or any other custom detail, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

What should I do if my shirt arrives damaged or defective?

Email us with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with our store policies.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If the shirt has not been worn, washed or personalised, contact us and we will check whether an exchange is possible, subject to stock availability and our Exchange Policy.

One-Year Cover

Does my shirt come with one-year cover?

Yes. Every retro football shirt purchased from our store comes with one-year cover from the date of purchase. If the shirt tears, peels, becomes stained or is otherwise damaged during normal use, contact us to check whether you are eligible for a replacement.

How do I make a claim under the one-year cover?

Email us with your order number, photos of the shirt and a short description of what happened. After review, if the claim meets the terms of the cover, a replacement will be provided subject to product and stock availability.

Does the cover apply to personalised shirts?

The cover applies to the shirt itself in accordance with the applicable terms. Claims involving personalised shirts will be assessed based on the type of issue, the condition of the shirt and the reason for the claim.

Do you run giveaways?

Yes. Customers and mailing-list subscribers can take part in selected giveaways for retro football shirts, special offers and other prizes, subject to the terms published for each promotion.
